This text is a draft filled with your company details. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before publishing. Missing details: unvan (Admin → Settings → Company).

These terms govern the use of ExDev, operated by [unvan], and its free analysis tools.

Using the tools

Use the free tools only for websites you own or are authorised to analyse. The tools read public pages only; they never log in or submit forms. Daily quotas and per-domain limits prevent abuse.

Prohibited use

Using the tools to harm third-party systems, send heavy traffic, search for vulnerabilities or run automated bulk scans is prohibited and may lead to blocking.

No guarantee

Reports are automated first assessments. No ranking or visibility in search engines or AI assistants is guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Texts, design, tool software and scoring method belong to [unvan]. You may share reports generated for your own site.

Liability and law

The tools are provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Paid services are governed by a separate contract. Turkish law applies.
