How we work
Our website projects follow six steps and you approve each one. The process starts with a measurement and ends with the same measurement, so you see what changed as a score.
1. Measurement and discovery
We scan your current site (if any) with our AI readiness and SEO tests and compare two competitors. In a 30-minute call we listen to your goals and the questions your customers ask most.
2. Written scope and fixed quote
Pages, features, timeline and price are written in a one-page scope document. Work starts only after approval.
3. Content plan
Each service page gets question-style headings with short, quotable answers. We write the text together; you approve it.
4. Design
Mobile screens come first. Colours, type sizes and contrast follow accessibility rules.
5. Development and testing
The site is built on a light, fast stack with schema, sitemap, robots.txt and llms.txt. Every page is tested with our own tools.
6. Launch and re-measurement
Before going live we rerun the AI and SEO tests and report before/after scores. You get admin training and the free-fix period begins.
Common questions
How long does a website project take in total?
The Starter package usually takes 10–15 working days, Business 3–5 weeks and E-commerce 6–8 weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly the content is ready.
What do you need from me during the process?
Scope approval, information about your business, photos if you have them and short feedback at the end of each step. We write the copy with you in interviews, so you don’t need to write texts yourself.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. The Starter package includes 30 days of free fixes after launch; support periods for other packages are written in the quote. After that, the Care & Growth plan covers updates, backups and monthly measurement.
